About Me...

I am a qualified integrative counsellor - being integrative means I draw upon various counselling modalities and combine different therapeutic approaches in order to give my clients a service that is unique to them.

At its heart, counselling is about empowerment - through self discovery, you will grow to be the best version of yourself, even if it's not yet clear what that may look like.

I will be there to support and guide you, and help to strengthen your self confidence and resilience.

I use traditional talking therapy, blended with other therapeutic methods such as visualisation, abstract imagination and philosophical curiosity.

I invite you to be open to trying different techniques in order to gently challenge yourself and see what works for you.

Ultimately, the sessions are yours to use however you feel is beneficial, with me there to support and offer my perspective of what you bring.

You will always be treated with respect and warmth, and have the space to be however you need to be.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, which means I am on a register of competent counsellors that is recognised by the Professional Standards Authority.

In addition to this, I am committed to continuous personal and professional development in the counselling field, and undertake regular clinical supervision, which ensures I am always working in an ethical and effective way.
